Dr Gregory A. Wadleigh: Graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a
Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) degree, conferred with high distinction in May
1977.
Graduated from the University of Iowa Orthodontic Program with
a Certificate in Orthodontics from the College of Dentistry and a Master of
Science (M.S.) Degree from the Graduate College in May 1979.
Began practicing with Doctor's Park Dental Associates in
June 1979 as the staff orthodontist.
Began satellite practices in DeForest in December 1979 and in
Sun Prairie in
May 1980.
Doctor's Park Dental Associates ultimately became the Center for
Cosmetic Dentistry and Madison Family Dental Associates. Became a founding
partner of Madison Family Dental Associates in
January 1983. Sole provider for Compcare, Dentacare and Physician's Plus
orthodontic services in Dane County (wrote the first contract for orthodontic
services for the State of Wisconsin with Physician's Plus).
Disassociated from Madison Family Dental Associates to begin
private practice in April 1988.
Relocated the Sun Prairie practice to a new office in the
Cornerstone Building at the Sun Prairie Business Park in February 1996.
Combined resources with three family practice dentists to build
a new condominium office building in Middleton - Stonefield Dental Centre.
Relocated the west Madison practice to this location in May 1999.
Remodeled the Sun Prairie office in March 2005 to
better accommodate our increasing patient volume.
Dr. Wadleigh will be leaving the full time practice of
orthodontics to enjoy semi-retirement in Arizona in 2009.

Lisa Smith was
originally hired in March 1994 as a treatment assistant. She had extensive
experience in bookkeeping and moved into the position of account specialist in
April 1996. Lisa is responsible for all billing of individual accounts and
insurance.
Carmen Vocht is a licensed elementary school
teacher having earned a B.S.E. degree in elementary education from the UW
system. She wanted to enjoy working with children but was unable to find a
local teaching position. She came
to work for the practice as a treatment assistant in July 1997. She became
chief treatment assistant in late 2002.
Carrie Scanlon joined our practice as a treatment
assistant in November 2003. She has MATC training and worked in computer
programming for General Casualty Insurance Company. Her main goal was to
be a good mother to her three daughters and has been a stay-at-home mom for 7 years
prior to coming to work with us. Her rapport with children is a real asset to our practice.
Erika Johnson joined our practice as treatment
coordinator in November 2005. She has been married for 9 years and
has two children. She has worked part-time in a number of different business
capacities including dental office work prior to joining us. Her
organizational skills create excellent schedules that allow us to stay on time
and not waste yours!
